Data Protection & Privacy Policy
We have strict security and confidentiality procedures covering the storage and disclosure of information to maintain its confidentiality, to prevent unauthorized access and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Each membership organization must have its own data privacy policy and data can only be entered into the system by registered staff over secure connections so that a full audit trail exists. All entries are strictly logged to prevent mis-use.

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to request a copy of any information held about you by any organisation on computer. If you wish to request a copy of any data held about you on the Gamshield database, the address to write to is below. This will only include data on the Gamshield database and not extra information or payment history data that has not been disclosed by the reporting member organisation.
